This pleasurable class is designed to experience a pleasant, peaceful and playful time in your pajamas while doing yoga postures. Pajamas are the perfect attire for yoga because they are plush and pliable allowing for a powerful exploration with your self. This is a fun class for all ages - birth on up. Come lounge in your loose fitting pajamas while enjoying yoga.

Space is limited and preparation is necessary.

Pre-registration Fee: $9 for adults; $6 for children 6 – 17 yrs old; $4 for children 3 – 5 yrs old; & FREE for babies – 2 yrs old *****Add $5 after pre-registration date.

Everyone wear your pajamas. Each person brings a blanket and a towel or a mat. Bring an open mind, a loosey goosey body & wear pajamas!!!
